My mission is to use my experience + training to help:
Individuals achieve their goals.
Partnerships/couples to strengthen their relationships + improve communication.
Teams to understand their system dynamics.
I have been working in a coaching capacity since 2018 when I completed my Life Coaching training with the Centre for Applied Neuroscience – recently I completed the third module of CRR’s ORSC training in systems coaching for couples/partnerships/teams. More info about my past work experiences can be found on the FAQ page.
I graduated with Cum Laude and Clinic Honours from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 1997. I am the co-owner & clinic director of King West Chiropractic Health Centre, a multi-disciplinary health clinic located in the PATH system of downtown Toronto.
My husband John Gordon and I also run a professional acting school, The Dirt Underneath Actors’ Space, in Toronto’s east end. I have over 20 years experience as a chiropractor, entrepreneur and administrative director and have made achieving a reasonable work/life balance a priority.
To keep myself mentally, physically and spiritually healthy I play volleyball, practice Ashtanga yoga, do high intensity interval training as well as being an enthusiastic traveler (pre-Covid!) and avid napper. I live in Toronto with my husband John and son Desmond.
